This technology can be used in a wide range from yellow processing to grinding processing, and it greatly improves tool life and surface illumination by arbitrarily adjusting the size of chips generated during processing to small.
By changing the inclination angle of the PCD together with the formed chip breaker, it is possible to minimize deformation of the workpiece by minimizing lower cutting loads and heat generation generated during processing.
