Overview

We supply electrical and electronic parts manufactured by precise processing of various ceramics with excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. The surface of the precision-processed ceramic is adjusted according to the customer’s request, and it is processed with very precise tolerances to improve the performance of the product.

Description

Alumina (Alumina, Al2 03)
As the most commonly used ceramic, it is mainly used for semiconductor and LCD parts, plasma parts, and various jigs and rings because it has excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Zirconia (Zirconia, ZrO2)
It has the highest hardness after diamond, so it has very strong mechanical strength, excellent abrasion resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance, and the surface gloss after processing is very good. It is used for various cutters, guide rollers, various jigs, precision bearing balls, precision pump seals and valves.

Silicon Nitride (Silicon Nitride, Si3 N4)
It has excellent properties at room temperature and high temperature, and is used for heat exchangers, reaction tubes, bearing balls and roller cutting tools, engine wear-resistant parts and rotating shafts.

Silicon Carbide (Silicon Carbide, SiC)
It has high covalent bonding properties and has a higher hardness than alumina. In particular, it has excellent high-temperature strength and is widely used as a high-temperature structural material such as heater material, gas liner and turbine components, and semiconductor and LCD parts.

Other Materials
Recently, as the demand for ceramics has increased, the demand for ceramics, graphite, silicon and yttrium oxide with various properties is also increasing. These materials are not part of our main business area, but, like other non-ceramic materials, we can supply them to your request.
